Nanocrisis by phydeaux, A. Ni

First-person adventure game a la Tomb Raider. You are a young hero who must explore a dungeon and kill monsters to get treasure. Very rough prototype.

Gameplay: Average (3)  Moving around is slow.
Graphics: Poor (2)  Badly drawn, needs a lot of work.
Sound and Music: Average (3)  Background music, fight sounds.

Water Tower 3D by Alex Diener

First-person adventure. You have to solve puzzles and climb up a tower as water fills it up. Once under water you have 15 seconds of air. Requires you to move the camera separately which is amazingly hard to do it right.

Gameplay: Poor (2)  Making this game 3D was a mistake.
Graphics: Average (3) Basic 3d graphics.
Sound and Music: Poor (2)  A few sound effects, no music.

Toad Muncher by Peter Leahy

Overhead perspective. You control a little APC and maneuver around running over toads for points. The field is like mud so you slide around a lot. The toads move around and if more than five leave the field the game is over. Designed to be a multiplayer game, it's not as fun with just one player.
Gameplay: Good (4)  Simple yet can get frenetic with lots of toads.
Graphics: Good (4)  Smooth, psychedelic graphics.
Sound and Music: Average (3)  Nothing to write home about.

Shards by Nathan Goings

You control a little robot. Collect all shards in the level to advance. Primitive graphics, one incomplete level, weird menu conventions. Not really a game in the current form. There is a level editor.

Gameplay: Very Poor (1)  Nothing to do.
Graphics: Poor (2)  At least the objects are recognizable.
Sound and Music: Very Poor (1)  No sounds at all.

Okugai by Juan Ignacio Garcia

First-person shooter. Beautiful ice mountain landscape. well drawn opponents. Couldn't figure out how to pick up powerups. Ok sound.

Gameplay: Average (3)  No crosshair, can't pick up stuff.
Graphics: Excellent (5)  Amazing terrain.
Sound and Music: Average (3)  Theme music a bit inappropriate.
