I decided that in honor of this special time of year, I'm going to write a skit. Well, here it is. Amanda walks into her nicely decorated song humming a Solstice Carol. (No, not the one the little kids were singing, more like Jingle Bells.) AH: Hmm, hmm, hmm.. GC: Hi! AH: YAH! Don't do that Goddess. GC: Sorry, so, heard you won't be around for the solstice season. How about giving me my present early. AH: Only if you give me mine early. GC: Oh all right, you twisted my arm. Now, where's my present! AH: Right here. GC: This couldn't be my gift. It's awfully small. AH: But... GC: Oh, I know, it's PART of the whole gift. AH: But... GC: How sweet. Goddess tears open the gift. GC: It's, a sword. Goody. Like I need one. Tosses the sword aside. GC: Now, where's the rest? AH: Um...err...well, right here! GC: But this tag says "To Jenn". AH: Oops, must have labeled it wrong. GC: Oh. Tears open package. GC: All right! A Velasca action figure to fight against mine! AH: Yeah. GC: Just what I always wanted! AH: Enjoy! Goddess grabs the sword and hacks the doll in two. AH: Argghh! Why did you do that! GC: I thought that's why you gave me the sword. AH: No. GC: Oh well. AH: Yeah. Oh well. (Now what am I gonna get Jenn). GC: You could get her something else. AH: Stupid telepathic ability. GC: So, what are you gonna get her? AH: I don't know! GC: This can only mean one thing! AH: What? GC: SOLSTICE SHOPPING!! AH: Uh-oh. Stay tuned for our next installment, titled- THE GODDESS GOES SOLSTICE SHOPPING :) Amanda "Practically perfect in everyway!" ============================================================================== Web site copyright (c) 2001 Kevin C.
