Island City
Comparable to Honolulu in size, Island City is located on the other
side of Pearl Harbor from Honolulu on the island of O'ahu, on the
shores of 'Ewa Beach.
Island City Heroes HQ
A converted warehouse in the outskirts of Island City, only a 15 minute
drive from John Gilmore's Investigation Agency. The HQ includes the
following features:
A small laboratory (6 APs)
The Phantom of the Fair's costume
A broken omni-gadget: Sportsmasters anti-Shade Nullifier

Island City Military Research Center
This research base is located Southwest of Island City, on beachfront
property. A small base by military standards, the ICMRC is staffed by
60 soldiers and a like number of scientists and administrative
personnel. Current research projects include powered armor, biological
and chemical weapon countermeasures, robotic warriors, and exploratory
research into radiation energy.
