Subplot: To get back at The Light for ratting her out in Issue
2, The Phantom Lady is going to pull off a series of robberies
and place the blame on The Light. The victims are actually
shady organizations belonging to Moloch. The Lady is here with
the part of Freedom Force to foil a Nazi saboteur plot.

Robbery 1:

The place: Mortol Electronics. Warehouse #4.

The crime: a guard reports that a man in metallic armor flew
in and attacked him, knocking him unconscious but not before
he called for help. When the second security guard arrived --
after hearing the cries for help -- a pallet with four crates
of spare parts had been stolen.

How it was done: Phantom Lady dressed up in a bluish-armored
costume and attacked the guard. She used a ropeline to
simulate "flight". She used her Black Light Ray to turn the
pallet and crates invisible. When the guards left to call the
police, she used a forklift to truck away the pallet, leaving
behind a calling card.

Left behind: Picture of the sun on a bright day with the blue
sky as background.

Clues:
  1. Analytical Smell vs OV/RV 6/6 (with +2 CS for time) --
     expensive woman's perfume.
  2. Speak With Animals -- Rats talked to Echidnas in crates.
  3. Detective vs OV/RV 4/4 (-1 CS for Microscopic Vision) --
looks like a forklift was used to take pallet away.
  4. Examining Rafters: Detective vs OV/RV 2/2 (-1 CS for
Microscopic Vision) -- a light rope was recently attached
     to the rafters.

Witnesses:
  1. First guard says it was a "guy in bluish all-body armor,
like what The Light is wearing. Heck, it could have been
The Light." If questioned more he admits that he didn't
get a good look at his attacker in the dim light. The
attacker didn't say anything and he didn't hear the jet
pack noises that The Light makes.
  2. The second guard didn't see anything. "Must have gotten
here a few seconds after Ted cried out. When I got here
the pallet in stall 1 was already gone. Can't imagine
how anyone could have taken it without a vehicle. Must
have been a bunch of them or one really strong dude."
(The Phantom Lady made a mistake here, since she assumed
that The Light had super strength.)

Additional Information:
  1. Mortol Electronics is a subdivision of Lorton Business
Machines, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coltor Enterprises.
Moloch is CEO of Coltor Enterprises. [OV/RV 4/4 (Research),
     6/6 (Talking)]
  2. Mortol Electronics is a suspected criminal front, smuggling
illegal goods in to and out of the country. [Police Connection
(Low), Newspaper Connection (Low), Dectective (Police Procedure)
     vs OV/RV 4/4]
  3. Word on the street is that Mortol was expecting a shipment
of endangered Tasmanian Echidnas that night. Seems that
someone stole the prickly anteaters and the wealthy buyers
are mighty mad. [Police Connection (High), Newspaper
Connection (High), Street Connection (Low), Detective
     (Police Procedure) vs OV/RV 8/8]

Robbery 2: Bank with polarized vault (Skin Armor -> Neutralize)
Safe deposit boxes with jewelry and the Star Sapphire.

Robbery 3: High rise apartment (Flight)
  Wall safe. Stocks and bonds.
