Encounter R-3: The Recovery
Time: After the convention closes for the night.
Rad breaks into Stanislaus Bridge's office and recovers the evidence
against him. Although there is security since the heroes are in charge
it should be easy for Rad to talk his way through or arrange for
security to be missing near Bridge's office. The TANGO folder contains
CID documents dealing with Professor Jones. They were investigating him
for any traitorous involvement with the Japanese. They were
investigating several scientists along with some of the heroes. On
further reading, there is no evidence linking Rad and Professor Jones.
It was all a guess by Louis Conrad.

Encounter 11: To Change the World
Time: Thursday 10:00 (Day 3)
Ken Shade delivers a speech at Peace Park. There are a lot of people
out to see him as well as a sizable anti-Shade crowd. The protesters
accuse Shade of having organized crime connections. The heroes might
spot The Icicle as part of Shade's entourage -- he will claim he is one
of Shade's bodyguards. If you feel up to it, have a riot start.

Encounter 12: Paranoia Strikes Deep
Time: Thursday 21:00 (Day 3)
The Koas arrange riots throughout Island City to cover their
assassination attempt. Protesters are still outside McDaniel's, much
more vocal than yesterday. At 21:00 the power goes out throughout the
city. Minutes later the protesters become a mob and a riot breaks out.
A bus with five frightened passengers is in trouble about a block away.
The heroes have to do something...

Encounter 13: Tin Soldiers
Time: Thursday 21:15 (Day 3)
15 5-man Koa assault squads attack the convention center. They hit from
three sides and battle convention security. After 5 phases the heroes
will be notified that some Army soldiers have arrived to bolster the
defenses. These are another 2 5-man Koa squads disguised and their job
is to get inside and assassinate Mayor Huernot.
