Main Plot
The Red Dragon (Jimmy Sen) has taken control of the Koas, introducing
martial arts fighting techniques to the gang. Syu Kim witnesses Jimmy
murder Henry Ableman. To keep her quiet, the Koas kidnap her daughter
Nyun. That's when the heroes come in...
Encounters
1. Three Koas threaten Syu Kim. Heroes intervene.
2. Koas go to arms dealer Eddie Finch, but he doesn't want to sell.
3. Heroes visit Squid's Tattoo Parlor for clues.
4. The West Wind Bar is a main Koa hangout.
5. Carver Hotel - the Red Dragon's headquarters.
6. If captured, Red Dragon gloats over heroes before executing them.
7. If not, the Red Dragon and a hypnotized Nyun are in a hotel room.
