DC Adventures Campaign - Teksters Central (née Kobra Design)
Teksters Central is the secret superhero base under the former Kobra Design's building. The upper building is a small four-story building. The base itself is three underground levels with a connecting train tunnel to a remote garage.
Characteristics are based on the Viper's Nest in Champions RPG 3E rulebook (p. 108). Cost is in Equipment Points (1 Power Point = 5 Equipment Points). The base currently lacks a Laboratory to examine alien tech, Personnel to man the security and computer systems, and cleaning services.
