Cleave-o and AJ say that Vlack-o is a Hobgoblin that rules over the goblin tribes.
PCs choose 2. Borin opens the door to Vlack-o's quarters and a bunch of giant ferrets come out to stare at him menacingly. Myrbelle throws a bunch of food at them and they calm down and start eating.
The first room is a large ante-chamber where the bodyguards hang out. Since Vlack-o is out so are his bodyguards. Borin proceeds to open the door to Vlack-o's bedroom and faces three Thouls (undead hobgoblins as far as the PCs can tell).
Myrbelle uses the Goblet of Protection from Undead to drive them back to the rear of the room. She then searches the room and finds a hidden compartment; trapped but she disables it. Inside are:

Trek back to Sukiskyn. No one knows where Xitaqa is other than in the hills area. There is a "horse-man" (centaur) that wanders the hills who knows where everything is but he also likes to free "enslaved" horses from their "masters" (owners).
Rest and recover all hp loss.
Kit changes alignment to Neutral.
