These rules will be replaced with Expert Set rules when campaign gets there.
In general each hex has one interesting feature to find.
Chance of finding feature per day of exploring:

Modifiers: if a member of that race is in party there is a +1 exploring bonus (max bonus is +1).
Roll for both Exploring and Random Encounter. If both succeed the higher die rolled is resolved first. If both are tied then PCs find interesting feature simultaneously with an encounter.
