B. Every life is precious, (annecdote), Iraq was a threat, spread liberty.
B. It is worth it.
K. We can make it worth the cost. I have a 4-point plan.
B. (Once again harping on sending wrong message.)
K. If you break it you fix it. Bush has no plan to fix it and I do.

B. Didn't join International Criminal Court. Cede rights of Americans.
14. Can diplomacy, sanctions solve nuclear problems w N Korea, Iran?
B. North Korea, yes. I hope so.
B. Bilateral communication with NK but they lied.
B. 5-nation coalition to convince NK to abandon nuclear program.
B. Hope same thing with Iran, lead coalition of political pressure.
K. Iran: Europe started talks first and America joined in later.
K. NK: We had inspectors and monitoring.
K. Bush ignored them for two years and NK kicked out inspectors.
B. Bilateral talks would dissolve current coalition.
K. Bilateral talks, bring everything to table.

15. Darfour region of Sudan. Genocide. Why not send troops?
K. (Still responding to last question.)
K. We can use African Union if we provide logistical support.
K. American military is overextended.
K. Add 2 active-duty divisions, double special forces.
K. Will support troop commitment if necessary.
B. (Also respond to last question.)
B. $200M in aid, UN sanctions, negotiating peace, we should use AU.

K. Worse to be certain and wrong. Information changes perspective.
B. President does not have luxury of changing his mind.
B. Otherwise he gets pushed around by special interests.
K. I've never wavered, consistent position in Iraq.
