Steiner unleashes an assault on Luthien. Marik convinces ComStar to place a House Interdict on Steiner. Davion helps Steiner, Liao helps Kurita. But it is to no avail as the LCAF takes Luthien and captures the Coordinator and the head of the ISF. The Draconis Combine capitulates and is absorbed by the Lyran Commonwealth. Steiner gives Davion some territory for their help.

Davion moves forces to the Capellan front and starts consolidating his new Combine territory.
