Summary

Izzy searches for knowledge on how to move a heat sink to a mech's head. He hears that Henry of the Purple Panthers team has done it to the Panther's mechs. Izzy looks for Henry; but Henry has been missing for a few days. Investigating further, Izzy suspects that Henry has gotten in trouble with the Solaris Mafia. Izzy finds Henry's girlfriend Maria and she contacts Henry for Izzy. A week later Izzy gets a message from Henry. Maria is being held by the Mafia and Henry needs Izzy's help to rescue her. With the help of another tech named Frank, the two of them head for the safehouse where she is being held. In the ensuing shootout, two Mafia thugs are gunned down and Frank is mortally wounded. Maria is rescued and she leaves Solaris with Henry. Henry gives Izzy his notes on moving a heat sink to a mech's head.
