sister Windfall (flight/air control), the couple Heatstroke

Mojo Jojo
Rad and Mojo Jojo have battled each other for a century. Eventually by
unspoken agreement they both retired, Rad to lead a quiet life of
contemplation and Mojo Jojo to rule the city he built, Gorilla City.
With Rad's unretirement, Mojo Jojo is back with his Gorilla troopers to
wreck havoc in the world and continue their age-long battle.
