In general you can assume that the assault troops are busy engaging the
base defenders. If forced to fight a hero they will increase their DEX
to 3 (3 HPs) when attacking and defending until they run out of HPs.
Low powered heroes should be engaged with a few of these troops. They
will break if Sumo and Tsunami are defeated.

The sapper team's job is to place their satchel charges around the four
main lab buildings and the barracks and run wire out to a hidden place.
Their mission is to destroy the labs should it look like the fight is
going against them. At the time the scenario starts, two of the lab
buildings have already been wired to explode. If forced to fight, they
will use increas their DEX to 5 (6 HPs) if attacked.
