Introduction
A new hero team has risen up in America to oppose the Axis Powers. The
Island City Heroes, based in Hawaii, are strategically placed to
counter Japanese machinations in the Pacific Theatre. But are these
heroes ready to uphold the light of freedom? Or will they succumb to
the moral decadancy of their capitalistic upbringing?
The Imperial Japanese Naval Special Forces Command wants to find out.
They have dispatched Tsunami with a team of naval commandos on a
mission with three goals: free Sumo the Samurai and Kamikaze, test the
Island City Heroes, and capture either Dr Riff or his amazing
Devastatron robot. It's time for the Island City Heroes to feel the
wrath of the IJNSFC.

Timeline
- Day -1: Special Force Team secretly lands. Teams
split up with main team taking over Island City Examiner newspaper
offices.
- Early Morning: Tsunami kidnaps Stanislaus Bridge and
yacht.
- Morning: Newspaper arrives. SF Team 1 hijackes bus.
SF Team frees Sumo and Kamikaze.
- Noon: Tsunami and SF Team 2 bank heist. SF Team
kidnaps mayor.
- Afternoon: Tsunami and Sumo at newspaper office with
SF Team 3.
- Dusk: Final confrontation with villains on yacht.
If the heroes get stumped at any point, remember that this is a test.
Tsunami is perfectly willing to give out more hints to lead the heroes
on. But if she does this then the heroes should lose a -1/2 Thwarting
the Villain Award.

- The three heroes head to yacht on a motorboat. Rad
wakes up.
- Attacked by Kamikaze and Tsunami. Tsunami departs
early when DEVASTATRON is not present. Kamikaze is captured.
- Ghost Girl and Rad explore yacht and face off against
Sumo. Sumo sinks yacht and escapes. The heroes are able to keep the
yacht from sinking.
- Once heroes get back, Riff discovers his robot is
missing, stolen by Tsunami.
