Encounter 14: The Return of Devastatron
Devastatron taunts Riff and the heroes as they fight. Then he flees to
the Sky Skull (underneath the warehouse) and takes off for the summit.
Encounter 15: Summit? I see no mountain"
The heroes rush back to their plane and pursue the Sky Skull.
Encounter 16: Sky Skull Over Lhasa
As the Sky Skull approaches Lhasa, the heroes catch up and board the
flying skull, battling their way to the control center before
Devastatron can drop the Squid bombs.
Summit leaders: Franklin Roosevelt (USA), Joseph Stalin (USSR), John
Curtin (Australia), Chiang Kaishek (Nationalist China). Summit is for
coordinating war against Japan.
