Recruiting (19981110)
Assuming a PC spends pretty much the whole month recruiting,
they get a number of rolls equal to:
+1 roll for each 40 AP earned +1 roll for each Point spent on Titles +1
roll for each Rank above Lieutenant
For recruiting Mechwarriors, the skills used are: Protocol, Seduction,
Streetwise
PCs must roll once on each skill before they can roll again
on the same skill. (i.e. if a PC gets 5 rolls, he rolls once
for each skill and can roll on two other skills).

MoS determines the recruit gained:
+0 Green +3 Regular +6 Veteran +9 Elite +12 Elite /w Mech
A crit gains a special attribute: +50% XP towards next level,
variant Mech (if recruit has a Mech), +2 on Mech roll (if
recruit has a Mech), -2 on Mech roll (if recruit doesn't have
a Mech).
Lowering the level of success by one results in a Recruit with
a Mech. Use the BMR p103 Random Lance Type to determine Mech
weight. Apply a -4 modifiers for a Green recruit, -2 mod for
a Regular, +3 mode for an Elite.
