Davion Interdiction to be Lifted

ComStar announced that it will lift the Interdiction of House Davion.
This will take several weeks since it will require Jumpship messengers
to notify all ComStar substations. In return, the Federated Suns will
formally apologize for the destruction of the Sarna substation, pay
for damages and reparation, and agrees to allow ComStar to station
appropriate security forces in all substations in the Federated Suns.

Archon Katrina Steiner formally called on the other Successor States
to discuss a way to end the 4th Succession War. As a sign of her
sincere intentions, she also ordered all LCAF offensives to end, any
contested worlds on the Kuritan or Marik side of the border are to
be abandoned. Prince Hanse Davion has already done the same for the
AFFS forces and supports the peace initiative.

Major Justin Allard was awarded the Medal Excalibur by First Prince
Hanse Davion for the pivotal role he played in the last two years as
a deep cover agent in the Capellan Confederation. Major Allard was
extracted by Duke Morgan Hasek-Davion and the First Kathil Uhlans,
who conducted a successful raid on the world of Sian. His efforts
helped keep the AFFS one step ahead of the Confederation Armed Forces
throughout the last two years of the war, significantly contributing
to the capture of over two dozen worlds.

Duchess Candace Liao formally declared the formation of the St Ives
Compact, which is composed of the worlds formerly belonging to the
Capellan Confederation St Ives Commonality. The Duchess has formally
asked for military aid from the Federated Suns, who already occupy
several planets in the newly formed state.
