Island City Heroes (v3)
After the disappointing volume 2, I've decided to go back and restart
from scratch. We're going to use the Blood of Heroes (e.g. DCH 4th Ed)
rules. The year is 1999 and the heroes are starting out. In fact, the
first adventure involves the new heroes getting their powers. It's a
whole new look and spin for Rad and the others.
The main theme of volume 3 is Upholding the Good, specifically in the
Superman way. I'm limiting this volume to four heroes and we're going
to do more focused, story-based arcs.
