Recap
Present were Shannon, Pick, and Donald. Woo thought that the game was
at night so he didn't come and didn't check with us so he missed it.
This is a basic Mirror Universe adventure by Dave Biggins, wherein the
characters must stop their counterparts from escaping from the Mirror
Universe into this universe. The primary plot point for my arc is for
the characters to come away for a cure to the Phyroxian Plague, a
slight variant of which is currently ravaging one of the Romulan
sectors.
It started out innocently enough. It was an off shift, Clancy and
Krystal were both catching up on some much needed sleep. Venor was
helping with repairs, as the ship was once again among the walking
wounded of Starfleet (see Episode 602). The Discovery was investigating
a rapidly expanding ionic cloud, trying to determine what was causing
the expansion. Little did they know that the peace and tranquility was
about to be shattered.
A knock on Krystal's door woke her up. "Who is it?" "It's me, Clancy. I
need your help. I'm hurt." "Why don't you go to Sick Bay? I'm trying to
get some sleep." "Please, Krystal. Help Me." Krytal opens her door and
Clancy stumbles in and falls down unconscious. He looks awful, like
he's running a fever. And his uniform is some sort of darker variant of
a Command Branch uniform. But Krystal knows her job so first she gets
Clancy to Sick Bay for treatment.
