Chapter 15: Sunlight in Korath
A year later...
"Welcome to Korath!" hailed King Korvos to Princess Theguis and Racius
as they rode into the temporary home of the King. In the distance work
was still being done to tear down Castle Korath, which matched the work
being done to build a new castle.
"Hail, King Korvos," returned the Princess. "And Queen Morea," she
added to the Queen, holding their newborn son. "How is little Marwand?"
"He is doing well," replied Queen Morea. "Thank you for coming to the
baptism ceremony."
"Hello Korvos," greeted Racius. "How's the arm?"
"It is a small price to pay for my soul," said Korvos, moving his stump.
"Your kingdom looks much better," commented Racius, noting the sunshine
streaming down from a cloudless sky.
"Yes it is," answered Korvos. "So, how is your courtship of the
Princess?"

she hangs on my every word," said Racius with a smile.
"As if!" countered Theguis as she poked Racius in the ribs...
