I
didn't know Elvis was buried here. Maybe it's just a memorial, but I
don't think
so. Elvis' parents and a couple of other members of the family are also
buried here.
This is actually a very small strip of land and there is no room for
more graves. [Full]
You
can see the graves on the right and a nice pool on the left. A recorded
speech plays continuously. My memory is bad and I wasn't paying
attention so
I don't remember what it was saying. Notice all the flowers that people
have
left, although I didn't see any tourists with flowers. Maybe they're
sent to
the estate and placed here by the staff. After this you get on the next
bus
to go back to the main park. [Full]

The
car museum is kind of interesting. There are three motorcycles, a
couple
of race cars, and a dozen other cars in the place. Plaques describe
every car.
A short movie plays on a projection screen in the middle of the room,
which
you can see at the top left of the photograph. This car is in the
middle of
the room. Note that the rear seats open backwards. [Full]
I
just thought this was a nice picture. Unfortunately the picture of the
plaque
that goes with the car is blurry and I barely make out the name of the
car. In
the back you can see a red car and it's plaque next to it (the red
translucent
stand). I wonder if these cars are in running condition? [Full]
