Unit gets two Physical Attack actions. Each one has an additional +4 Attacker Modifier.

Heat Cost = 0
Modifiers = {PM --/PR --/AM --/TM --}

Standard Torso Twist.

2nd Torso Twist:

SA Cost = 1*
Heat Cost = 0
Modifiers = {PM +1/PR --/AM --/TM --}

Torso twist another hex, either back to facing forward or two hexes from forward.

Taking Cover:

SA Cost = 0*
Heat Cost = 0
Modifiers = {PM --/PR --/AM --/TM --}

Get partial cover through one hex side.
