Summary

Officially, the unit has been hired by Styx Mining to transport a large shipment of mining equipment to the planet Tematagi in the Rim Commonality of the Free Worlds League. Their real mission is to escort ISF Director Subhash Indrahar to a clandestine meeting with Captain-General Janos Marik of the Free Worlds League. Indrahar has a platoon of DEST troopers as his personal escort. Tai-i Michelle Ryan heads the detachment.

Clyde rejoins the unit with the JumpShip Fugu. The Fugu is an Invader Class which cost 200 M C-bills. Clyde arranged for 40 M C-bills of repairs on the ship. The unit loads up and heads off.

The unit gets three jumps in the first month and stop at Marcus in the Free Worlds League. On the way they challenge a DEST team to a simulator battle. Selena, Sir Wrigley, Clyde, Roger, and Mr. O take on Michelle Ryan's team. Unfortunately, the DEST troopers are good video game players and they beat the Blowfish complement. Clyde is enamored with Michelle's superb skill.
