Ensign Zeb has
shown herself to be a team player who quietly contributes where she
can. A bit too naive and trusting when dealing with new people, that is
nevertheless the kind of attitude that Starfleet promotes in its men
and women. Zeb is sometimes hesitant to contradict her commanding
officers, something that they will have to keep in mind if they want to
get the most out of the Ensign.
Season 2 Evaluation
Ensign Zeb. A quiet individual, Ensign Zeb has virtually fallen through
the cracks. She is a superb team player, obeys orders, and is no
trouble to manage. Unfortunately, those same qualities means that she
is often overlooked and is taken for granted. Zeb should be given more
responsibilities and a chance to command a team. Commanders should also
encourage Zeb to speak up and express her opinions. My feeling is that
Zeb is happy where she is and will need to be prodded to achieve her
full potential.
