Cadet's Log (Before)
Tomorrow is the big Freshman Class Phaser Tag Tournament. It's being
held in the Kirk Hall Holosuites, which I haven't seen since only upper
division classes are conducted there. The Tournament pits squad against
squad, armed with phasers, trying to score the most points by answering
questions at various hidden terminals. The whole Freshman class is
participating, and although my squad may not have the best chance,
we're optimistic that we'll make a good show of it...
Cadet's Log (After)
Oh well, we didn't win the Tournament, but we didn't do too badly
either, so I guess that's something. The team composed of Cadets
Krystal of Betazed, John Kalhoun of Earth, and Zeb of Bolarus won the
Tournament with 33 points, scoring the most points since Cadet Will
Riker's squad scored 37 points fifteen years ago. Scoring 30 points to
come at a close second was Cadet Katrina of Betazed and her squad.
Summer break starts in two weeks and I for one am eager to go back home
to see my family...
