Another $51 adds a 128-page digest-sized book - Institute for Conflict Studies Papers: The Fifth Frontier War and Mid-Jump Crisis Soundtrack with CD. This seems a bit pricey -- I'll maybe get the book in PDF and don't care about the soundtrack.
