Deadlands Dark Ages Kickstarter is set in 877 Britain with Arthur, Morgana, Mordred, and Merlin and the Four Horsemen though as newly born horrors. This sentence turned it off for me: "Merlin distributes magic-infused six-shooters pilfered from the Weird West to his champions in the Dark Ages—special tools for special defenders." I'm not against Weird Dark Ages but would rather not have Weird West Dark Ages.

Anyway the $200 everything pledge has:

• Dark Ages Graphic Novel (Merlin's Champions) - 96 page hardcover

• Excalibur Foil Stamped Item Card

This seems to be more realistic Arthurian (+ Weird Deadlands stuff) than romantic Arthurian. I think I'd rather play Pendragon.
