C&S New Lands is a reprise from early 2024 which has the core rules, a monster book, a monsters supplement (concentrating on three fantasy monsters -- Goblins, Orcs, and Trolls), and three adventures. This bundle on the plus level has the Rising Sun setting with a monster and a 3-adventure book. But if you're not interested in the latter you can conveniently not buy it.

The second bundle adds more adventures so as a whole more enticing. But I think there's other stuff I'd rather buy.
